New Centre Valve Master Cylinder

Earlier in 2017 AP Racing introduced a new range of centre valve high efficiency master cylinders to the market.

Those cylinders were CP6467, CP7198 & CP9093 types featuring a centre valve configuration which helps to improve cylinder performance and seal durability with ABS.  The centre valve replaces conventional ‘cut off’ ports that can cause ‘seal heel nibble’ when used with some ABS systems.

Now we have added another cylinder CP7398 to the range. Similar to CP7198 but with a 60° mounting flange offset to give improved access to mounting bolts.

Is a compact 60° offset flange mounted ‘Push type’ master cylinder. CP7398 is similar to CP7198 type but with IMPERIAL hydraulic ports, with a forged aluminium alloy body the cylinders average weight is 370g.

There are a choice of 3 bore sizes, Ø17.8mm (0.70”) / Ø19.1mm (3/4”) & Ø22.2mm (7/8”).
