Being a world-renowned brake and clutch supplier, we have overcome the challenges of 2020 to achieve phenomenal success across the full spectrum of motorsport competition this year. Indeed, AP Racing’s bespoke motorsport brake and clutch systems have helped to secure 19 different global championships.
From Formula 1 to LMP1, IndyCar to the World Rally Championship, AP Racing has supplied 15 different 2020 champions with specialised clutches. This success was further extended by 10 different 2020 motorsport champions racing to victory with AP Racing supplied brakes – from Japan to Australia, across Europe and America.
With a history of innovation and motorsport success that dates back to 1967, AP Racing’s pursuit of motorsport brake and clutch performance is unrivalled. To date, the engineering specialist has developed brakes, clutches or both to 850 Formula 1 grand prix winners.
Using state-of-the-art 3D modelling and simulation to support extensive research, development and testing, AP Racing’s engineers are probing, continuously, the boundaries of motorsport technology. Working closely with customer teams to refine and perfect component designs and materials for each specific racing series, AP Racing’s products are trusted in the most demanding racing applications.
